The trail goes up into the woods over Husby hammare and down towards road Nynäshamnsvägen. The walker can stock up at Rosenhill 1 km south of the trail where there is a café, a kiosk and a bus stop. Be careful, the road is narrow and has very heavy traffic.
After crossing the road on the way to Axån the trail passes through a paddock (alternatively, it is possible to go around it). Shortly after the river there is an ascent in the woods and towards the end of it is a natural water spring. After a further forest section the trail passes Nolinge farm which dates back to the 18th Century. Here the route follows the field edge in an easterly direction before going up through woods. Soon Norrgaviken can be seen a long way down below on the right and there are many vantage points from the rocks over the bay to the South.
You are on the ridge of Jungfruberget, ending with a steep slope down to Lake Getaren. Here is a wind shelter where you can enjoy your picnic.
Soon you reach a winding footbridge over a bay with lots of birds. You can gladly stay for a while for birdwatching in the house at the middle of the footbridge. After the footbridge is the section end (Svarvartorp) hundred metres to the left - or you can choose section 7 to the right towards Lida.
In Lida is restaurant, swimming, miniature golf, etc and accommodation.
Alternative route - a shortcut from southeast of Nolinge - continue along the field edge to the road towards Svarvartorp.
